Advanced Preparation for “Express Meals”

1 - 3 days prior [optional], Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. 1/2 cup [for Salmon & Herbed Bean Salad on Tue]
Instructions:

To make the dressing: Whisk together the yogurt, minced garlic, lemon zest and juice, mint, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon water (more or less depending on preferred consistency). Set aside.

1 - 3 days prior [optional], Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. 1/2 cup [for Spicy Cilantro Shrimp with Honey Lime Dip on Fri]
Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients and chill until ready to serve with Spicy Cilantro Shrimp.

1 - 3 days prior [optional], Avocado oil 2 tbsp [for Crunchy Asian Ramen Noodle Salad on Fri]
Instructions:

Whisk all dressing ingredients together until combined. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
