This 7 day meal plan provides an average of about 1000-1100 calories per day. Focuses on variety of lean protein, fruits and vegetables. I tried to include a variety of recipes for dinners and utilize them again at lunches as leftover to help save time, feel free to just pick a few of these each week if making several different recipes in one week seems overwhelming!
