This meal plan includes breakfast, lunch, and your daily protein shake. We included the foods that you are currently eating, with a little bit of variety mixed in. We left dinner open at about 500-600 kcal+.
You can leave off the protein bar at lunch if you would rather move those calories to your dinner.
