5 Day Detox Plan Lite

  1. The 5 Day Detox Plan consists of nutrient dense foods to help reduce your cravings and to feel rejuvenated and refreshed 
  2. Order digestive enzymes to avoid gas, bloating that may occur due to the increase intake of vegetables. ( NOW brand/ Digest Ultimate)
  3. Make sure to shop per given grocery list BEFORE you start the plan
  4. Eat slowly, 20 minutes per meal. 
  5. Drink alkaline water through out the day. Avoid liver cleanse if you have digestive issues. 

 

POST detox instructions:
