   I am a certified Nutritional Therapist with a special focus on Mindful Eating.

Exercise and nutrition are both important aspects of overall health and weight loss, but when it comes to losing weight you will never be able to burn more than what you eat, which is why dietary choices are so important. Under-eating, over-eating can make it impossible to make progress.
