Ivana Locke is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant who believes that a balanced lifestyle, proper nourishment and self-care are essential for optimum wellness. Her work involves encouraging natural healthy living habits and mindful eating with real food.

 

She is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and an honorary graduate of the Culinary Nutrition Expert program from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. In addition, Ivana has taken special interest to help those diagnosed with cancer and is a Certified Holistic Cancer Practitioner through the Edison Institute of Nutrition. Her focus is on educating and providing support for survivors, thrivers and those interested in maintaining their health and reducing cancer risk and re-occurrence. Her objective is to encourage her clients to take more responsibility for their own preventative health by implementing nutrition as part of their therapy.

 

Ivana provides one-on-one support to help her clients develop healthy and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits. Her approach is gentle and accessible for those looking to address health concerns, reset their metabolism, lose weight, or overcome digestive and inflammatory challenges.

 

With a simple symptomatology assessment, Ivana can analyze to uncover body system imbalances and then develop a nutrition and wellness plan to help you bring those systems back into balance. Her nutrition and wellness plans are designed to fit your distinct biochemical make-up and her counselling will guide and educate you toward attainable and sustainable results.
