I am a holistic nutrition consultant and wellness expert based in Edmonton, Alberta. My company -- Ivana Locke Nutrition + Wellness -- grew out of my passion for health, nutrition and overall wellness.

I provide one-on-one nutrition and wellness support to an amazing client base who live to be well. By guiding my clients with a practical and always optimistic approach, I help them to improve their health, achieve their goals and develop sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.

I am a part of the alumni at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (2016) and complemented my studies in 2018 with the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutrition Coach Certification. Through special interest, I rounded out my education with a certification as a Holistic Cancer Practitioner from the Edison Institute of Nutrition. All the certifications and knowledge I’ve received have been my springboard to a deeper understanding of my client’s nutritional needs. Most importantly, I use this knowledge to make the most realistic and personalized recommendations for my clients so that they can achieve the best results.

Through my popular signature program – Metabolic Balance® -- I have helped many clients achieve amazing transformations and improved health. I’m proud to say that the program is 100% natural. As an honorary graduate of the Culinary Nutrition Expert program from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, I know about the power of real food and real ingredients. I love to cook and create “healthified” versions of my favorite foods by switching some of the ingredients to better alternatives. By doing so, I’ve transformed my own health and my family’s health.
