Joan's Gut and Hormone Health Plan

AIP stands for Autoimmune Protocol, which is a specialized version of a Paleo diet with a greater focus on nutrient density and even stricter guidelines for which foods should be eliminated such as: nuts & seeds, eggs, legumes, grains, nightshades and dairy. This meal plan includes nutrient-rich, delicious and easy meals that follow the AIP guidelines. Great for people with autoimmune diseases, gut-healing protocol, elimination diet or Paleo.

Specific food items (such as papaya smoothie and bone broth) were also included to allow for further gut healing and hormone health. Rice has been included in this plan to allow gradual transition of the diet.

This plan is best applied when you feel you are well adjusted with the recommendations recently provided. Further modifications may be made upon review.

Cheers!
