Cardio-Metabolic Food Plan - simplified

This meal plan aims to assist you in your cardio-metabolic health. Therapeutic food items are featured such as oatmeal, yogurt, cruciferous vegetables, salmon, beets, olive oil, selected nuts, and curry (turmeric).

High fiber, low-glycemic, and anti-inflammatory principles (lean protein sources, healthy fats, colorful fruits and vegetables, and infrequent use of processed food items) have also been employed. Most recipes are of Filipino cuisine, with a few addition of foreign ones to allow you to explore.

Processed meats or canned goods, and high cholesterol-containing food items, are removed.

Cheers,
