Hello, I am Shonda, a certified fitness instructor, experimental cook, and Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Public Health. I am the founder of Just Being Me Health & Wellness. In the past, my days were filled with fad diets, sugary treats, multiple surgeries, and plenty of self-hate. Fortunately, one day I realized that there was a better way to take care of my body that didn’t involve a broken mindset or dieting. Through Just Being Me Health, you will learn how to create sustainable healthy lifestyle habits tailored to your needs to promote long-term well-being.
