We are about education, taking away the guilt, and teaching you how to make your guilty pleasures healthier wherever you are- at home, at work, on the road or on vacation. You can eat healthier anywhere!

We are whole food, vegan (sometimes), gluten free (sometimes), sustainable, organic where it matters, simply prepared, delicious and 100% balanced.

YES, we’re nutritionists but we still love our chocolate, pastas, burgers, cookies…and we are here to help you eat your favourite meals without compromising on taste, so you can indulge and embrace your naughty side without the guilt.

No more tasteless raw veggie salads or bland “healthy” diet meals!
