Week 1 of 4. Includes 3 meals and 1 snack on each day.

Use leftover chicken to make chicken salad. Shred 3-4oz of chicken and add chopped pickles, minced red onion, all natural mayo and mustard. Serve with cucumber slices.
Marinade pork chops for next day.
