I have incorporated foods that will help to balance hormones, maintain stable blood sugar levels, and improve digestion for overall mental and physical health. I've included nutrients rich in B12 and vitamin D to promote strong immunity and support emotional stability. Specific foods added for ensuring the consumption of these nutrients include;  ground flaxseeds, nutritional yeast, salmon and sardines.
