In this Heart Healthy Meal Plan, you'll eat deliciously while boosting your heart health. Our team has followed the principles of the DASH and Mediterranean diet to help you lower your "bad" cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels, and blood pressure, while subsequently increasing your "good" cholesterol levels. This is demonstrated in our recipes, which feature fiber-rich produce, whole grains, plant-based proteins, healthy fats (from olive oil, fatty fish, nuts, and seeds), and limit added sugar, salt, and saturated fat.
