Meal plan to induce ketosis with a morning fasting. Low in carbohydrates and approximately 50 grams (+/-10) of protein per meal.
Snacking during the fast and Coffee with MCT's and or Butter is OPTIONAL. Snacking is generally not recommended, as you may end up consuming too much and break the mini-fast, which can make a difference for some people. However, if you find you need a snack, these are great options to choose from!
