Nutritional Details


Meal plan to help with the induction phase of ketosis with a morning fasting. Low in carbohydrates and moderate protein. and ample good fats.

Snacking is generally not recommended, as you may end up consuming too much and break the mini-fast, which can make a difference for some people. However, if you find you need a snack, there's a couple of options here also.
