Nutritional Details


Paleo meal plan with a morning fasting and approximately 50 grams (+/-10) of protein per meal.

Snacking during the fast and Bulletproof Coffee is OPTIONAL. Snacking is generally not recommended, as you may end up consuming too much and break the mini-fast, which can make a difference for some people. However, if you find you need a snack, these are great options to choose from!

Lots of options here for variety - feel free to repeat meals for a simpler meal plan.
