As an active mom of 4, ranging from 21 down to 2 1/2, she gets that it's not easy. After healing herself from inflammatory disease with foods, Leah realized that health is not just about food but also about our mind/body connection. As a runner and a student of yoga she has learned that integrating physical movement and healthy eating habits into your daily routine is as important as accessing them individually. During her down time you can find her honing her culinary skills, studying healing with herbs and whole foods, gardening, and just enjoying nature,
