7 Day Pitta Meal Plan

Pitta dosha, according to Ayurveda medicine should aim to consume more cool, dense, dry foods with a focus on sweet, bitter and astringent flavours.  It is recommended to avoid the pungent, sour and salty tastes.  Pitta dosha, also does well sticking to a regular eating schedule since their digestive fire for the most part is great.
