Quick, Easy, Healthy Meal Plan 3

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated and time consuming. This meal plan is full of quick, low effort meals that satisfy you without spending all day in the kitchen!

All meals take 30 minutes or less, with most taking only 15-20 minutes to prepare!

Breakfast is kept simple with the same recipe each morning.

Lunches are leftovers of the previous night's dinner.

Tips:

  • You can save even more time by choosing the same or a similar breakfast each morning. Avoid time wasted deciding what you want and searching to see if you have all the ingredients.
  • Leftovers are a big part of eating well with less effort. Cook once, eat twice (or more!)
  • Prep your fresh vegetables ahead of time, or buy pre-chopped veg to save a lot of time.
  • Choose recipes which use few dishes. Clean up should also be considered as part of the total cooking time, so the fewer dishes the better!
