Certified Holistic Health Coach and Integrative Health Coach

Along with Meg's Masters of Science in Counseling, she is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is also a member of the American Holistic Health Association. 

 

Meg holds a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)


Institute for Integrative Nutrition where Meg learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.


Keri Glassman's Nutritious Life Studio program. This program focused on honing the skills of a health coach and others in the nutrition world. Here I learned how to build nutrition programs for individuals seeking personal health coaching, as well as working with groups in gym settings and corporate wellness.
