1/4 medium head Cauliflower (cut into bite sized pieces)
0.03 tsp Cayenne pepper (for hot sauce)
0.03 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1/10 cup Coconut oil (melted, for hot sauce)
1/4 tbsp Dijon mustard (for hot sauce)
1/10 tsp Garlic powder (for hot sauce)
1/10 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Paprika, sweet (for hot sauce)
1/4 tbsp Paprika, sweet
1/2 tbsp Red wine vinegar (for hot sauce)
1/10 cup Rice flour, brown
1/10 tsp Sea salt, fine (for hot sauce)
1/10 tsp Sea salt, fine
3/4 tbsp Water (for hot sauce)
1/2 cup Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt

Instructions


Pre-heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

To prepare the cauliflower: In a deep bowl, whisk together yogurt, brown rice flour, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and cayenne until all ingredients are well mixed.

Add cauliflower and toss to coat evenly. Lay out flat on a prepared baking sheet, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until cooked through and browned slightly.

To prepare the sauce: In a blender, combine coconut oil, water, vinegar, mustard, paprika, salt, garlic powder and cayenne, blend at highest speed until smooth.

Remove cauliflower from oven, transfer to a clean deep mixing bowl. Toss with hot sauce, serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
