1/4 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 scoop Shakeology, Vanilla (or vanilla whey powder)
2/3 cup Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F.
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Honey


Pour ingredients into an 8-ounce jar and seal the lid. Shake vigorously, until ingredients are well-combined. Store in refrigerator overnight to chill.
