1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/8 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/3 tsp Baking powder
1/4 cup Blueberries (as needed)
1/10 tsp Cinnamon (to taste)
3/4 medium egg Egg
3/4 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/3 tbsp Honey
3/4 tbsp Sliced almonds (to taste)
1/3 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (to taste)


Combine eggs, applesauce, flax meal, honey, vanilla and cinnamon together in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes to allow for thickening.

Then add in almond flour, baking powder, blueberries and almond slices.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
