|1/2 cup||Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill|
|1/8 cup||Applesauce, unsweetened|
|1/3 tsp||Baking powder|
|1/4 cup||Blueberries (as needed)|
|1/10 tsp||Cinnamon (to taste)|
|3/4 medium egg||Egg|
|3/4 tbsp||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
|3/4 tbsp||Sliced almonds (to taste)|
|1/3 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure (to taste)|
Combine eggs, applesauce, flax meal, honey, vanilla and cinnamon together in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes to allow for thickening.
Then add in almond flour, baking powder, blueberries and almond slices.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
