1/4 tbsp Sesame oil
1/4 tbsp Rice vinegar
1/10 clove(s) Garlic (optional)
0.03 tsp minced Ginger root (optional )
1/10 tbsp Granulated sugar (optional )
1/10 tsp Salt
1/10 tsp Black pepper
1/10 large head Green cabbage (shredded- use red cabbage for colour)
1/10 bunch Green onion, scallion, ramp (thinly sliced)
1/10 cup Slivered almonds
0.02 cup Sesame seeds

Instructions


Whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until the sugar has dissolved.

Toss the cabbage, green onions, almonds, and sesame seeds in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.

Serve and enjoy!
