2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
4 tsp minced Ginger root
4 capsule Probiotic capsule
60 ml Aloe Vera Juice, unsweetened (1 tablespoon)
2 cup Water, filtered


Put all ingredients in a mason jar and cover with a lid. Shake to mix and drink. 

Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of glutamine to help reduce bloating and promote overall good gut health.
