1 1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
3 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (peeled )
3 cup Water, filtered (hot)

Instructions


Place the lemon juice and ginger in a mug.  Pour hot water over lemon and ginger. Let steep for a few minutes.  Remove ginger and let tea cool a bit before drinking.
