1/3 cup Parsnip (grated)
1/8 cup diced Celery (1 or 2 stalks)
12 gm Red onion (minced)
1 gm Dulse (laver, nori), dried (smoked, toasted, crumbled)
1/3 tsp Apple cider
1/3 tsp Yellow mustard
1/4 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1/3 tbsp Sunflower seeds


Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and season to taste.
