1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (chopped)
1 cup Kale (chopped, spines removed)
3/4 cup Lentils, red, cooked
1 medium Apple (cored, chopped)
1 medium Banana (peeled)
1/2 cup Water (cold)
3/4 cup Ice cubes (crushed)
1/2 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1/2 tbsp Spirulina, dried


Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.

Scrape down sides and blend again. Serve immediately.
