Ingredients for 2

20 small Zucchini
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions


Cut zucchinis in half lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large saute pan, heat olive oil on medium-high heat. Add zucchini to pan and sauté about 2 minutes on each side.

Add garlic and cook another minute.

Enjoy!
