Ingredients for 1

1/3 cup Quick oats
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1/3 medium Banana (sliced)
1 tsp packed Brown sugar (optional)
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural

Instructions


  1. Pour the oats into a large bowl with 2/3 cups of water. Stir. Cook in microwave for 45 seconds. Stir. Cook in microwave for 35-45 more seconds. Watch carefully to avoid the oats boiling over the side of the bowl.
  2. Mix in the cinnamon (optional). Top with banana slices, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Option to add a splash of a lactose-free milk.
