Ingredients for 1

1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 medium Banana
1/8 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1 tsp Chia seeds, ground
1/2 tsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/4 cup Spinach
1 1/2 tbsp Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete (one scoop or single package.)

Instructions


Add spinach, banana and coconut milk or coconut yogurt and Complete Mix in the blender and process until creamy.

Add blackberries (setting aside a few for garnish) and pulse two or three times to incorporate.

Distribute the smoothie evenly in the serving bowls. Garnish with fresh blackberries, top with chia and pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Serve right away.
