Ingredients for 1

2 cup pieces Frozen cauliflower
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or any non-dairy milk)
3 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (as needed)
1/2 cup slices Frozen banana
2 scoops Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete (or single packages)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ginger, ground (optional)


Blend in the food processor until smooth or until you’ve reached your preferred consistency.

Optional to add 1/3-1/2 cup overnight oats for a thicker consistency. Also optional to add cocoa powder, or matcha and chilled fruit instead of frozen.
