38 gm Ground turkey, lean
28 gm Tomatoes and green chiles, canned (diced)
1/8 can(s) (15oz) Tomato sauce, canned
1/8 can(s) (15oz) Pinto beans, canned
1/8 can(s) (15 oz) Red kidney beans, canned, drained (dark red)
1/10 tbsp Cumin
1/10 tbsp Crushed red pepper
1/10 tbsp Chili powder
38 gm Ground turkey, extra lean


Combine browned ground turkey.
Mix spices and diced tomatoes and tomato sauce in a large pot.
Add all beans to sauce.
Place on hot stove with medium heat.
Add browned turkey to sauce and beans.
Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
