36 gm Ground turkey, lean
36 gm Ground turkey, extra lean
1/8 jumbo egg Egg white
1/10 cup Quick oats
1/10 cup Water
1/8 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
1/8 cup Salsa, ready-to-serve

Instructions


Preheat oven to 345 degrees F.
Soak oats in .5 cup water for 10 minutes.
Mix ground turkey.
Knead in seasoning, salsa, and egg white.
Combine oats with turkey mix.
Coat two loaf pans with no calorie, non-stick spray.
Bake for 25 minutes or until thoroughly coated.
