152 gm Chicken breast cutlets (frozen)
57 gm Salsa verde, ready to serve
1/3 cup shredded Green cabbage
1/8 can(s) (15oz) Pinto beans, canned (low sodium)
2/3 slice Lime
1/8 medium Tomato (diced)
0.04 cup Black olives
1/8 cup Plain yogurt, fat free
1/8 Avocado

Instructions


Place chicken in crockpot and pour (rinsed) beans and jar of salsa over chicken. Set crockpot on low. Add shredded cabbage to crockpot about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with diced tomatoes, olives, 1 teaspoon of yogurt and 1/6 of avocado on top.
