1/8 cup Brown rice, long-grain, cooked
3/4 jumbo egg Egg white
1 1/2 packet (individual) Sweetener, sucralose, SPLENDA
1/10 tsp Salt
1/4 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/8 cup Raisins, seedless
1 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
0 Cinnamon
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla


In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish. Place baking dish in a pan of hot water in oven and bake at 300 degrees F for about 1..5 hours, or until set.

A clean knife inserted into the center should come out with nothing clinging to it. Serve warm or chilled.
