1 medium Carrots (peeled, sliced)
1 medium stalk(s) Celery
1 large egg Eggs
2 tbsp Hummus

Instructions


Place egg is a small pot of water. bring to boil and allow to cook for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from heat, and run under cold water.

Wash and chop carrots and celery, and serve with hummus.
