1/10 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/10 cup Apple sauce, unsweetened (or any fruit puree)
1/8 tsp Baking soda
1/8 cup Blueberries
0.02 tsp Cinnamon
0.04 cup Coconut oil
0.04 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
0.04 cup Maple syrup
1/8 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/8 pinch Salt
1/8 cup Spelt flour
1/10 cup Dark chocolate chips, vegan
1/8 tsp Baking powder, gluten-free


In a large bowl, mix together oats, flour, ground flax seeds, baking powder/soda, salt and cinnamon. (Optional to make this gluten free by using gluten free oats and flour)

In a separate bowl add together milk alternative, maple syrup, coconut oil, and applesauce.

Combine the wet ingredients into the dry and mix.

Add in blueberries and/or chocolate chips.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool.

Serve and enjoy!
