1/8 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp Turmeric, powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (optional)

Instructions


Blen together the pecans, water, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.

Next add the carrots, banana, and optional protein powder, and blend.

Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
