1/3 spray (about 1/3 second) Olive oil cooking spray (as needed)
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, chocolate
1/10 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 tbsp chopped Apricot, dried
1/4 tbsp Dried cherries (chopped)
1/8 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1/8 tbsp Almonds, raw (chopped)
1/4 tbsp Sesame seeds
0.03 cup Almond butter
3/4 tbsp Water (as needed)


Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with olive oil spray.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, using a wooden spoon. Mixture may be dry. If too crumbly to hold together, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture can be formed into a ball (or add an extra tablespoon of almond butter).

Press mixture into pan and cut into 6 or 8 equally-sized bars.
