Ingredients for 1

1/2 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/8 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted (or hazelnuts, almonds, pecans or walnuts)
2/3 tbsp Chia seeds
2/3 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (or sunflower seeds)
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ginger, dried
1/10 tsp Nutmeg, ground (optional)
1/3 pinch Salt


In a medium bowl or a container with a tightly fitting lid, add coconut flakes, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and a pinch of salt, mix well.

Store muesli ingredients in a container with a tightly fitting lid. This mixture will keep for up to two months.

Serve over yogurt or add to your favourite milk. Enjoy!
