1/4 avocado(s) Avocado
1 medium Banana (frozen)
1 cup Coconut water
2 tsp minced Ginger
2 lemon wedge Lemon (for garnish)
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh (packed)
2 cup diced Pineapple
1 cup Water

Instructions


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on the highest speed until super smooth.

Optional to add 1/4 teaspoon of probiotic powder.

Tips:
1) Feel free to add a handful of baby spinach.
2) Fresh mint would also give this smoothie a nice digestion boost!
