Ingredients for 2

2/3 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 1/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
2/3 large Apple (cubed)
2 tbsp Slivered almonds
2 tbsp Dried goji berries
2 tbsp Chia seeds, dried
2 tbsp Hemp protein powder (or protein of choice)
1/3 tsp Maple syrup
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
0 tsp minced Ginger root

Instructions


Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Transfer into 3 glass containers and store in the fridge overnight.

Give the container a good stir before serving.
