Ingredients for 1

1 tbsp Ghee
3 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (ground)
3 tbsp Cashew nuts, raw (ground)
1 tbsp Cashew butter (or almond butter)
1/3 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Hemp milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1/2 packet (individual) Stevia (optional)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (optional)


Heat ghee in a small pot over low heat. Add everything else, using as much non-dairy milk as necessary to get your desired consistency. Cook gently over low heat until everything is heated through. Top with pumpkin seeds if using.

Optional toppings: 1/4 cup dried fruit, cinnamon, nuts
