1/4 cup grated Carrots
1/4 beet(s) Beets, boiled, drained (shreeded)
1/8 tbsp Kelp (kombu, tangle) seaweed, raw (flakes)
1/8 cup Parsley, fresh
1/2 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (used as soy sauce substitute)
1/4 tsp Miso paste
1 leaf Collard greens
29 gm Turkey, deli cut


Combine in a large bowl shredded beets, carrots, parsley and kelp flakes with miso paste and aminos. Mix well.

Put a heaping spoonful (or more, if your leaves are very large) on the collard leaf, add the turkey and roll up tightly.
