Ingredients for 1

1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
1 Nutmeg, ground (pinch)
1 pinch Sea salt
2 tsp Chia seeds
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened, Blue Diamond (can also use hemp or coconut)
1/2 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1 small Apple (sliced)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp Maple syrup


In a 1 pint sized mason jar, combine dry ingredients

Add remaining ingredients and stir well

Place lid container and leave on the counter at room temperature overnight

Eat in the morning
