Ingredients for 1

1 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat (or regular coconut milk)
1/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger, dried
1 dash Black pepper
1 tsp Honey, raw (optional)


Put everything in a pot and whisk to combine. Heat slowly until desired temperature. Blend with an immersion blender or a regular blender for about 20 seconds or until well combined.

Other optional add ins:
1 tbsp grass-fed butter
1 tbsp medium-chain triglycerid (MCT) or coconut oil
