1/4 cup Sesame oil
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp minced Ginger root
2 tsp Miso paste

Instructions


In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and whisk together.

Pour marinade over protein (sliced chicken breasts, beef strips, pork – sliced tempeh or cubed tofu) and allow to sit for 30 minutes to 24 hours. For best flavour, prepare the day before and allow to marinade overnight.
