0.04 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/10 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (+ 2 Tbsp)
1/8 tsp Curry powder
1/3 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
1/10 cup Red grape
0 Salt and pepper

Instructions


Mix everything but the grapes together. Fold the grapes into the mixture after everything else is thoroughly combined.

You can stuff your mixture into a wrap, use a brown rice wrap, corn tortilla, romaine lettuce, or a collard leaf. Add lots of fresh vegetables.
