4 cups Kale (de-stemmed, massaged)
1 Avocado (cubed)
1 Carrots (shredded)
4 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Lemon (juiced)
0 Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Goat feta cheese (optional)


Massage the kale with the tahini, olive oil, lemon or lime juice and salt & pepper for 2-3 minutes

Put in plates and top with avocado slices, shredded carrot, pomegranate, hemp seeds and goat cheese (if desired).
