|0.03 cup||Cashew nuts, raw (soaked)|
|1/8 cup||Rolled oats, dry|
|1/8 cup||Medjool date (pitted)|
|3 tbsp||Cacao powder|
|3 tbsp||Honey, raw|
|0.03 tsp||Peppermint extract|
|0.03 cup||Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods (or vegan chocolate chips)|
|0.03 tsp||Himalayan sea salt|
Place everything in a food processor, and blend until thoroughly combined.
You will know that these are well blended when you can roll them into a ball without them falling apart.
Place in a parchment lined loaf pan, and pack down tightly and evenly.
Place in freezer and freezer 2-3 hours, or overnight. When they have frozen, remove, slice into bars, and store in fridge or freezer.
